HARYANA POLICE BHARTI SYLLABUS
The Haryana Staff Selection Team (HSSC) is going to organize a recruitment examination for constable (male and female) at Haryana Police. Candidates will need to participate in the selection process in five different stages. Haryana Police Selection Process is as follow
- Written test
- Physical measurement test (PMT)
- Physical screening test (PST)
- Scrutiny of Documents (Documentation)
- Interview – cum – personality test (I-PT)
Haryana Police Constable Written Exam :
Written examination will be many option objective types.
► there will be an overall paper with 100 questions.
►Each question will have 0.80 points. Then the paper will be a total of 80 points.
► the exam period will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
► Except for the knowledge of English language, the medium of examination will be Hindi.
► Examination paper will include questions on general studies, common science, current affairs, general reasoning, mental abilities, numerical capacity, agriculture, animal husbandry, other relevant areas / business etc.
► there will be at least 10 questions related to computer basic knowledge.
For the post of sub-inspector, the standard of questions of the educated person who passes the 10 + 2 examination of the Haryana School Education Board for a constable and graduation from a recognized university will be expected.
General studies – This involves asking questions about the general knowledge of the companies surrounding the candidates for examining the awareness of the activity. History of India (mainly Haryana) and its Near State, Culture, Geography, Economic Landscape and Constitution of India and State Administration, Political Series of State, Five Year Plan, Haryana’s Contribution to the National Movement
Agriculture – Knowledge of history / agriculture, fruits and vegetables, crop production, soil, breeding, fertilizer, irrigation and damage, weed control / pest control, types of crops, soil and land, horticulture, plantation and deforestation etc.
Animal Husbandry – Animal Nutrition and Nutrition, Animal Breeds, Importance of Animal, Livestock Farming, Dairy, Disease, and Animal Signals etc.
Logic – This will include both oral and non-verbal questions. Questions will be asked with questions, similarities and differences, problem solving, relationships, arithmetic calculation and other analytical functions, van diagrams, concepts and patterns of relationships, and the ability to identify.
Current Affairs – Questions of Indian Current Events, General Science, General Knowledge. Focus will be mainly on the current affairs of national and international news, important dates, current science, technology, sports and culture.
Numerical capability – the test number of the Aryan capacity and numerical capacity will include the system including simplification, decimal, degrees, LCM, HCF ratio and ratio, percentage, average, profit and loss, discount, simple and concentrated interest rate ‘.
General Science – These tests are designed to test knowledge and capabilities for concepts, scientific principles, techniques and physics, chemistry, life sciences (biology), earth / space sciences, technology, etc.
Physical measuring testing will be of qualifying nature only.
(i) General Category – Male (170 cm); Women (158cm)
(ii) According to the latest existing government policy, eligible reserved categories – male (168 cm); Woman (156 cm)
(i) General Category – Male (83 cm (Un-extended) up to 87 cm (Expanded)
(ii) According to the latest existing government policy, eligible reserved categories – male (up to 81 cm (non-expanded) 85cm (extended)
In the case of ex-servicemen, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and backward class classes, exemption in physical standard up to a height of 1 inch and 1 inch in chest measurement will be given.
